- Establish a vision and plan for long-term pipeline generation
- Deliver license, support, and service revenue targets

Requirements
- 8+ years of direct sales experience selling enterprise software to large enterprises
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills
- Skilled at business planning and measuring progress towards goals
- Success adapting in fast-growing and changing environments
- Relevant software experience in IT systems, enterprise management, application development, etc.
- Subscription, SaaS, or Cloud software experience preferred
- Strong executive presence and listening skills
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
