About the role
- Manage your queue of loans for day-to-day productivity
- Follow the Splash playbook for reviewing and verifying funding accounts.
- Process customers check payments.
- Process customers reimbursements.
- Assist in forbearance processing.
- Assist in ID verification.
- Other tasks assigned as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience with lending processes and systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiar with bank verification procedures is a plus.
