About the role
- Support other staff and ensure they are familiar with systems
- Help deliver training
- Handle orders and deal directly with customers in the contact centre clinic
- Show people how to insert, remove and care for their lenses
- Assist the optical team in two stores
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Experience in optics
- Great communicator
- Be flexible and adaptable
- Organised
