About the role
- Analyze user needs.
- Improve customer journeys and the interfaces of our client extranets.
- Collaborate with the IT team to integrate UX at every stage of development.
- Create wireframes, prototypes and mockups.
- Measure and monitor UX performance using metrics and propose improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in UX/UI design.
- Proven experience in UX design, ideally within regulated sectors such as banking, insurance, healthcare, etc.
- Awareness of business objectives.
- Ability to explain and simplify UX concepts.
- Analytical, proactive, detail-oriented and demonstrates creativity.
