About the role

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies targeting farmers, cooperatives, and agribusiness partners in Germany
  • Build, manage, and grow pipelines of farmer and partner leads through outreach, pilot projects, and marketing campaigns
  • Organize farmer events, demos, and campaigns to increase adoption and gather feedback
  • Collaborate with founders to improve product-market fit based on farmer and partner insights
  • Track key growth metrics and maintain simple sales and marketing reporting

Requirements

  • Native-level German fluency and strong English communication skills
  • Experience in business development, sales, marketing, or account management, preferably in startups
  • Preferably experience in agriculture, farmer advisory, or working with agribusinesses
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, commitment, and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic early-stage startup environment
