About the role
- Collaborate within the team to design, develop, test, and debug highly scalable and efficient AI solutions.
- Stay on the cutting edge of AI technologies and methodologies.
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and accurate code.
- Develop new services and components utilizing the latest industry frameworks.
- Proactively monitor performance dashboards and ensure smooth operation of critical services.
- Identify and implement automation and scaling solutions to increase efficiency.
- Experiment and prototype new methods for leveraging artificial intelligence.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Software Development
- Hands-on experience with Python (or Java), Databricks, and core Cloud technologies.
- Demonstrated understanding of how AI and Machine Learning concepts apply to modern product and engineering challenges.
- Proven ability to write high-quality, maintainable, accurate, and well-tested code.
- Practical experience leveraging AI-powered developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
