About the role

  • Builds and manages a portfolio of small to mid size client accounts in the electrical industry
  • Works semi-autonomously to support client retention, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Administers assigned customer accounts by managing daily communications, order tracking, and service follow-ups across a designated territory
  • Conduct routine field visits to client locations, providing product demonstrations, conducting account reviews, and resolving basic issues
  • Coordinates sales and service activities to support retention and expansion of existing accounts
  • Develops proposals, quotes, and presentations by applying knowledge of electrical products, pricing structures, and customer needs
  • Implements product and promotional strategies to drive awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth
  • Analyzes usage patterns and sales data to identify reorder opportunities and align product recommendations
  • Communicates with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met in a timely manner
  • Identifies opportunities to upsell or cross-sell within existing accounts
  • Documents all sales activities, customer feedback, and account updates using CRM systems
  • Recommends enhancements to territory plans, sales processes, or customer resources

Requirements

  • Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Years of Experience: 2-4 years
