About the role
- Overseeing the entire supply chain process at the plant
- Leads deployment of strategic initiatives to manage flow of materials
- Responsible for Purchasing, Sourcing, Vendor Management, Inventory Management, Production Planning and Control, Receiving, and Shipping
- Drive improvements and discipline for high inventory accuracy levels
- Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities for the plant
- Conduct quality checks on electrical designs to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Supervise and mentor a team of supply chain professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years Supply Chain Management experience
- 3+ years experience in the manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
