About the role
- responsible for overseeing the technology portfolio and budgets across enterprise-wide talent management and legal functions
- drives strategic alignment of technology initiatives with business goals in workforce management, contingent labor, timekeeping, contract lifecycle management, and enterprise content management
- leads a team of technology professionals focused on delivering scalable, secure, and innovative solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, HR Technology, Legal Studies, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology management with a focus on HR and/or legal systems
- Proven experience in team development, coaching, and strategic leadership through agile delivery
- Deep understanding of SAP Fieldglass, UKG Dimensions, OpenText xECM, and DocuSign CLM
- Strong background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Agile certification and proven delivery in agile preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions with measurable impact
- Master’s Degree in HR Technology, Legal Informatics, or related field preferred
- Certifications in Project Management (PMI), Agile, or relevant platforms
- Experience in regulated industries such as food & beverage, CPG, or distribution
- Expertise in workforce analytics, contract lifecycle automation, and enterprise content management
- Familiarity with ITIL, Six Sigma, and strategic dependency mapping
- Proficiency in MS Suite, SAP integrations, and technical contract lifecycle management.
