About the role
- Project lifecycle management and delivery
- Responsible for the end-to-end management of large, organization wide projects
- Manages and communicates all project work streams to ensure project meets delivery requirements, timeframes, and budget
- Provide input on improvement opportunities to optimize time and efficiency of project teams
- Serve as a mentor to other project managers
- Participates in releases as necessary, including outside of traditional work hours
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
- A minimum of ten years’ experience managing technical projects in an e-commerce, web development, or other complex mission critical business system
- A combination of IT related post-secondary and/or professional education and demonstrated relevant work experience equivalent to a total of fourteen years
- Ten years’ experience with some the following project management tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Smartsheets
- Seven years’ experience with various software development approaches including agile and waterfall
- Three years’ experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
- Strong business process/operational knowledge (e.g., customer service, inventory management, procurement, accounting)
