About the role

  • Preparation of documents across the employee lifecycle (e.g., employment contracts, employment references/certificates, and other personnel-related documents)
  • Handling tickets and inquiries from employees and partners
  • Supporting the continuous improvement and documentation of our HR processes, both internally and for our external employees
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding, particularly regarding benefits, access rights, and information for our internal payroll
  • Depending on your interests and development, the opportunity to get involved in other exciting topics and to take on projects

Requirements

  • You are a university student in Germany studying Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You speak fluent German and English (written and spoken) and communicate clearly and confidently in both languages.
  • You are tech-savvy and comfortable using various digital tools and systems.
  • You learn quickly, can prioritize well, and have strong problem-solving skills.
  • You are confident and proactive — you are not afraid to raise issues and are always ready to suggest improvements.
  • You are curious and eager to learn, particularly in HR Operations.
  • You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and motivated to grow in a dynamic environment.
