About the role
- You will participate in maintaining the accounting records for the Group's three companies, in accordance with local legislation and the Group Controller's manual, in coordination with the Accounting Manager.
- You will ensure the effectiveness of accounting controls and carry out month-end close activities to guarantee the production of management accounts and their integration into our tools for Group consolidation.
- You will prepare reports, analyze and interpret KPIs and financial information to evaluate operating results and performance against budget.
- You will assist in preparing the annual financial statements and tax returns.
- You will lead management reporting and financial analysis.
- You will participate in budgeting, forecasting and planning.
- You will support local tax management.
- You will ensure performance monitoring and control of the company's operating expenses.
- You will assist the Chief Financial Officer in implementing an effective internal control system for the company.
Requirements
- You hold a higher education degree such as a Business School diploma or equivalent, with a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Management Control.
- You have at least 5 years' experience in an accounting or finance role within international groups.
- You have excellent command of Excel, Power BI and the Office suite in general, with ideally experience of SAP or another ERP.
- You have a good level of English, enabling daily interaction with the Company's headquarters in Switzerland.
- You are recognized for your autonomy, your ability to build relationships and to work cross-functionally with other departments.
- You take initiative and demonstrate leadership in driving your projects.
