• Oversee the processing of hourly and salaried payroll within the assigned region
• Ensure operations are executed in a timely and accurate manner and in compliance with all company policy and regulatory requirements
• Serve as the primary connection point between payroll processing operations team, partners in Continuous Improvement and Technology, and key customers and stakeholders
• Assess and implement new standards to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements
• Provide oversight to ensure efficiency and accuracy of payroll processing operations
• Align with best practice SOX and accounting practices
• Execute the strategic plan and drive accountability of key deliverables
