About the role
- Support strategic planning and annual operating plan activities, including helping to define priorities, analyze business performance, and prepare presentations for leadership.
- Assist with portfolio and growth initiatives, including market and competitor analysis, and help evaluate new opportunities for organic and inorganic growth.
- Develop fact-based analysis and insights and translate into actionable recommendations, ensuring alignment with financial and business objectives.
- Evaluate risks and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making at the leadership level.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure strategies are aligned to corporate priorities and are communicated and integrated effectively across business units.
- Build relationships with external partners and conduct benchmarking research to gather outside-in perspectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree OR higher and seven (7) years of experience in corporate strategy, product management or investment banking in a public, private or military environment.
- Master's degree in Business Administration with 5 years of corporate strategy, product management or investment banking
- Experience in healthcare, MedTech, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences
- Exposure to M&A, partnerships, or venture activities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort in working with both data and qualitative insights
- Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and across teams without direct reports
