About the role

  • Responsible for sales activities, market development, and customer service in assigned markets.
  • Develop sales strategy, sales plan, and quantitative sales target for target customers in line with company business strategy and plan.
  • Coordinates efforts of product marketing and promotion activities and programs to achieve monthly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
  • Formulate sales plan, visit customers, and develop and establish relationships with accounts and new prospects.
  • Effectively plan and manage time and resources for effective coverage of territory, and communications, and coordinate other sales-related activities.

Requirements

  • University graduate with Medical degrees and more than two years of medical/pharma sales experience.
  • Strong learning agility, selling skills, can work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Resilient, can work under pressure, and good at problem-solving.
  • Optimistic, hard-working and innovative.
  • Strong ownership and accountability with high integrity and customer service mindset.
