About the role
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage systems, and networking equipment
- Perform routine data center maintenance such as hardware checks, cable management, and environmental monitoring
- Support hardware lifecycle management — deployment, decommissioning, and asset tracking
- Monitor systems and alerts to ensure optimal data center performance and uptime
- Respond to incidents, perform diagnostics, and resolve hardware and connectivity issues
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data center operations
- Strong hardware troubleshooting and repair skills
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, routing)
- Familiarity with power systems (UPS, PDUs, generators) and cooling systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
