• You are responsible for the entire supply chain process, from placing orders with suppliers to delivering products to our customers.
• You manage procurement from China, coordinate supplier contacts, and ensure our products are shipped to Germany reliably and cost-effectively.
• You plan demand and forecasts based on sales figures and inventory levels, optimizing order quantities and lead times.
• You work closely with our founder and the logistics, finance, and e-commerce teams to structure and scale processes.
• You will build a dedicated supply chain team over time and establish clear procedures and KPIs.
