About the role

  • User & Access Management: Manage user accounts, SSO, MFA and access permissions in Google Workspace and other cloud tools.
  • Workstations & Devices: Set up, configure and maintain Windows, macOS and Linux workstations and servers, including asset management and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
  • Networks & IT Services: Support networks, printers, VPN access and basic network infrastructure. Assist with troubleshooting and performance optimization.
  • IT Security & Data Protection: Implement and monitor security measures, patch management, backups and GDPR compliance.
  • Helpdesk & Support: Handle tickets, resolve technical issues at 1st and 2nd level support and document IT processes.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or an equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of experience in IT administration, particularly with Windows and macOS systems and cloud services.
  • Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WLAN, VPN, firewalls) and IT security.
  • Confident user of Google Workspace or similar cloud-based office solutions.
  • Structured, reliable and service-oriented approach to work.
  • Enjoy explaining technical topics clearly and supporting colleagues.
