About the role

  • **THE TASKS YOU WILL PERFORM šŸŽÆ**
  • The Configuration Management Specialist is responsible for managing change requests and change projects.
  • **Establish and maintain governance to ensure effective oversight of change projects.**
  • **Prepare summary documents and Program status presentations to support meetings with the client.**
  • **Manage prioritization and client expectations.**
  • **Monitor the performance of various projects (meeting schedules, respecting budgets, and ensuring the quality of deliverables).**
  • **Support the entire Program by implementing micro-processes and management control tools.**
  • **Synthesize and oversee special topics and projects.**
  • **Analyze, improve, and, when necessary, redefine existing processes.**
  • **Define and deploy a harmonized project management system across the organization.**
  • **Review data sets and Modsums prior to release (pre-audit) for validity, accuracy, and quality according to client requirements.**
  • **Support the engineering office in understanding requirements to eliminate anomalies.**
  • **Support the engineering office in resolving anomalies or inconsistencies (DQD RFC) resulting from data transfers into SAP and PLM management systems.**
  • **The mission is to ensure that change projects are executed within the appropriate budget, scope, and schedule.**
