About the role
- Convert prospects into customers — and develop them from initial sign-ups into loyal, long-term clients
- Make cold and warm calls to identify needs
- Conduct real sales conversations — not just talk about talking
- Drive deals to close — in a structured, smart, and confident way
- Think proactively, ask the right questions, follow up — until the goal is reached
- Work closely with the Sales Coach and leadership
- Develop customers long-term through upgrades and upsells
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience (B2B or B2C — as long as you know how to close)
- You are independent, self-directed, and do not require micro-management
- You want to not only sell, but also grow professionally
- Experience in the recruiting space is a plus — not required
