About the role

  • Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and digital assets for various projects, including social media, email campaigns, marketing materials, and websites.
  • Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistency across different platforms and media.
  • Work closely with our Senior Designers, Creative Director, and other team members to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and refine designs.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Receive and incorporate feedback from team members and clients to improve and refine designs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

Requirements

  • Professional training, either a pre-professional design program, Bachelor’s degree, or other certificate program.
  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field, including internships or freelance work.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) Figma, Canva, and other design software.
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of design work, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and an eye for aesthetics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
