About the role
- Serve as a sales representative operating at the regional level
- Identify growth opportunities in collaboration with territory-specific Clinical Account Managers (CAM)
- Deliver branded sales messages to targeted customers
- Represent Sobi at local meetings
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by utilizing analytics to develop actionable, regionally tailored strategies
- Engage with distinct accounts separate from the CAM role
- Analyze regional market opportunities
- Conduct weekly analysis of sales data to prioritize physician targeting and ensure accurate reporting
- Develop and implement a territory business plan
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 7–10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience
- 3-5 years in complex biologics sales, buy-and-bill, infused therapies
- Rheumatology, nephrology, rare disease experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
- Ability to travel up to 70% - 80% (Car and Air Travel) as required by the role.
