About the role
- Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and integrations
- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating workflows, validation rules, and custom objects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Responsible for issue resolution and post production support of Salesforce
- Collaborate with the Salesforce application development team and other cross functional teams
- Maintain and support GTM applications associated with the Salesforce platform
- Lead new initiatives and evaluate new technologies (e.g. AI advancements, agents) to maximize their potential
- Participate in project development, deployments, and ongoing maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology, or in a related field
- 5+ years of Experience in developing solutions using Salesforce Platform
- Proven experience in Salesforce development and customization
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with integration tools and middleware
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment
- Salesforce and other platform certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Administrator) preferred
- Experience with Snowflake AI Data platform and python skills are a plus
- Expected to follow company confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data
