About the role

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of 10+ video professionals, including producers, editors, and YouTube channel managers
  • Oversee the video team's daily operations and serve as Executive Producer for Data Cloud Now
  • Serve as Executive Producer for upcoming Brand Sponsorship series content for Team USA and LA28
  • Work with internal team and external agency partner to executive produce Snowflake Summit, Snowflake World Tour Keynote and BUILD keynote experiences
  • Drive video production and audience growth for three key YouTube channels: Snowflake Inc., Snowflake Developers, and Data Cloud Now
  • Oversee production of roughly 1,000 videos per year for in-person and virtual events, social media, internal communications, and product announcements
  • Manage a diverse group of stakeholders and talent, including external production partners and agencies, ensuring projects delivered on time and on budget
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, HR, Demand Generation, Executive Communications, Social Media, PR, and Content team to align video production with business goals
  • Manage and allocate the video production budget effectively
  • Report to the VP of Brand and Creative and operate within the Brand Marketing function; utilize a 3,300-square-foot state-of-the-art video studio

Requirements

  • 15+ years leading production and post-production teams in a corporate or agency environment
  • A strong portfolio showcasing successful video campaigns and audience growth across multiple digital platforms, with a focus on YouTube
  • Expertise in all phases of the video production lifecycle, from creative development and pre-production to post-production and distribution
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management and resource allocation for large-scale video production
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for using data to inform creative decisions and measure success
  • Must be proactive and curious about emerging AI technologies and their application to improve efficiency
  • Eager to explore and implement AI tools that enhance scalability and productivity
  • Proven experience leading and managing a large video production team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within the tech or B2B sector
  • Director experience is a plus
  • Expert knowledge of industry-standard software: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Experience with Wrike, Google Office Suite, Slack
  • Bachelor's degree in Film/Video Production (will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, or training)
