Support Engineer

• Identify new opportunities to enhance the partner experience.
• Document known solutions to both internal and external knowledge bases.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to partners, providing in-depth analysis and guidance to address complex problems through email, web, and phone communication.
• Collaborate with account teams to establish regular touchpoints with strategic partners to provide technical and executive-level updates, including performance and health insights.
• Utilize Snowflake environment, connectors, 3rd-party partner software, and tools to investigate and reproduce complex issues.
• Act as a stakeholder to Product, ML, and Engineering teams, influencing their roadmap and core platform capabilities based on partner feedback.
• Participate in incident management and on-call rotations.
