About the role
- Execute Hot Leads, setting and making scope appointments and generating sales from cold leads.
- Pre-qualify clients for successful project outcomes.
- Meet clients, scope projects, gather requirements, and travel to project sites.
- Produce estimates, nurture leads, and maintain engagement with project owners.
- Prepare reports or bids for submission and evaluate advantageous deals with vendors.
Requirements
- 2 years in Construction Estimating (Required)
- 3 years in Direct sales (Required)
