About the role
- Lead sales efforts across your assigned region, representing our burn care portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales teams and engage with key stakeholders in Burn Units, Trauma departments, Pharmacies, and Operating Rooms.
- Develop, communicate, and execute a strategic plan to meet your sales quota.
- Build and nurture relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders and clinical or administrative personnel.
- Participate in key regional and national burn conferences to maintain a strong presence in the burn care community.
- Monitor market trends to identify unmet needs and contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales programs.
- Support the adoption of our burn care portfolio—especially the core growth brands.
- Lead corporate business projects and provide customer insights to inform new product development.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of relevant sales or sales management experience in the medical device industry.
- Experience in acute care settings with complex sales processes and multiple call points including the OR and Pharmacy.
- Experience calling on Burn Units or Burn Surgeons is preferred.
- Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
- History of exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent experience).
- Must be able to travel overnight up to 75% of the time.
