Product Marketing

• Contribute to and shape the company’s overarching narrative strategy; translate it into clear, compelling, differentiated messaging across the website and all customer touchpoints.
• Lead and execute product launch strategies, partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure clear positioning, adoption, and prospect + customer understanding.
• Build, own, and optimize end-to-end lifecycle programs for prospects and customers across email, in-app, and other channels—from onboarding to activation to retention.
• Continuously listen to Gong calls and get close with sales to understand customer objections, successful talk tracks, and competitive dynamics—turning insights into content and messaging improvements.
• Create high-impact written content including landing pages, case studies, email copy, in-app messaging, and internal communications.
