Manager

• Oversee and optimize the daily operations, maintenance, and performance of all clinical applications, including EHR/EMR/PMS, practice management, scheduling, e-prescribing, and patient portals.
• Serve as the primary liaison with clinical software vendors—managing relationships, SLAs, contracts, and product roadmaps.
• Coordinate system upgrades and integrations with third-party platforms such as imaging, labs, and billing systems.
• Partner with clinical leadership and IT to gather user requirements, resolve issues, and ensure systems align with clinical and operational goals.
• Translate clinical workflows into technology solutions and configurations that enhance efficiency and usability.
• Lead clinical system projects —from planning through go-live—ensuring milestones, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Manage and mentor the Clinical Systems Training Team, including onboarding, development, and performance management.
• Design, evaluate, and improve training programs for clinical software and digital tools, both on-site and online.
• Develop and maintain training documentation, including guides, FAQs, and support resources.
• Monitor support requests and implement process or system improvements to reduce recurring issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Conversion, and IT teams to ensure a smooth end-user experience.
• Partner with Information Security to enforce HIPAA, HITECH, and organizational data security standards.
• Represent SDB professionally with internal teams, external partners, and vendors, maintaining a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
