About the role

  • Manage software, digitalization and IoT projects end-to-end — from analysis through go‑live and hypercare.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams.
  • Promote agile ways of working using frameworks such as Scrum or methods like Kanban.
  • Take responsibility for and plan project budgets, quality and risk.
  • Stakeholder management: regular coordination with clients as well as business units and the project team.

Requirements

  • You have a university degree or an equivalent qualification.
  • You have solid experience (3–5 years) in IT project management.
  • You have regularly applied project management methodologies (Scrum, PMI, PRINCE2® or similar).
  • You bring strong communication and teamwork skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • You are proficient in using PM tools for planning and control.
  • Ideally, you already have experience with software development processes.
  • Business-fluent German and very good English complete your profile.
