About the role
- - Manage and execute the social media strategy across all key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- - Develop and maintain monthly social media content calendars, ensuring consistent, high-quality output
- - Create, schedule, and optimize content in line with brand guidelines
- - Manage influencer and creator projects end-to-end, including scouting, negotiations, proposal development, and ongoing coordination
- - Participate in client presentations and internal strategy sessions, contributing insights and recommendations
Requirements
- - **2–3 years of experience in social media management, ideally within an agency** or fast-paced environment
- - Strong understanding of **platform best practices, content formats **and** analytics tools**
- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
- - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- - A creative mindset with attention to detail and a proactive attitude
