About the role

  • Manage and respond to company emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow up with customers and suppliers to ensure no communication is left unanswered
  • Provide excellent customer service through email and phone correspondence
  • Track pending emails and tasks to ensure completion and accountability
  • Update and maintain item descriptions and product data in our internal systems
  • Assist with general administrative duties, including organizing files and documentation
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline communication and processes
  • Support marketing or catalog updates when needed (Optional)
  • Assist with basic graphic design tasks such as product flyers, social media visuals, or catalog layout

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant , Secretary , or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (fluent English)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Proficient with email tools (Gmail/Outlook) and office software (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Comfortable working via Remote Desktop connection to access company systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) — a plus
