• Advise Fidelity’s defined contribution plan recordkeeping, administration, trust, and institutional business
• Collaborate on advocacy for, and implementation of, new legislation and regulation affecting the business
• Work with multiple groups within WI and across the Fidelity enterprise, including risk, compliance, and marketing
• Analyze and advocate with respect to legislative and regulatory changes related to retirement plans and advise on implementation strategies
• Provide subject matter expertise for plan document and client contract negotiations
• Support relationship management and client experience teams and provide strategic advice and analysis to business leaders
