About the role
- Responsible for processing pension, retirement, and post-retirement health & welfare transactions
- Perform pension benefit calculations
- Create forms & letters for communication with participants and beneficiaries
- Manage escalations and client critical issues
- Assist with client documentation and procedures updates
- Lead participant and client request workflows
- Identify client and participant trends for customer-centric solutions
- Provide support for project-related tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Interest in Defined Benefits administration and Defined Benefits systems
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and intuitive skills
- Ability to perform manual pension calculations
- Ability to work as a standout colleague while meeting individual timeliness, accuracy goals, and quality standards
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- High integrity and discretion to ensure confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong PC software skills (i.e. – Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access)
