About the role

  • You support our clients in the day-to-day operation and ongoing development of their AWS environments.
  • You analyze cloud costs and, together with the team, develop FinOps strategies for cost optimization.
  • You implement technical improvements with a focus on stability, performance, and security.
  • You are part of a team that supports one another — whether handling support requests or working on exciting new projects.
  • You ensure clear documentation, effective monitoring, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our AWS setups.

Requirements

  • You are familiar with the AWS landscape and navigate relevant services confidently.
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), ideally with tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
  • Knowledge of process automation, e.g., using shell scripts or suitable automation tools.
  • Strong technical understanding, a solution-oriented mindset, and enthusiasm for continuously improving existing processes.
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
