• Lead and coordinate integrated management system audits across the project.
• Manage and mentor a team of IMS Auditors, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement, technical excellence, and proactive risk mitigation.
• Ensure Integrated Management System (IMS) is effectively implemented, compliant with ISO standards and Nuclear Site Licence Conditions, and continuously improved.

Requirements

Proven experience managing or coordinating audits within a large, complex infrastructure or engineering environment.
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Lead Auditor or Lead Assessor certification in at least one relevant ISO standard.
Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
Experience working within nuclear, construction, or other regulated industries is highly desirable.
