About the role

  • Conduct online presentations and demonstrations of our services for prospective clients
  • Maintain and update the CRM with detailed information about interactions and sales progress
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with established targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales approaches and customer feedback
  • Participate in regular trainings and meetings to improve sales techniques and product knowledge

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, by phone and in writing
  • Strong schedule and time-management skills
  • Organized and able to prioritize to handle a high volume of activities
  • Knowledge of sales techniques such as SPIN Selling, Rapport, GPCT
  • Analytical mindset
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to work toward targets and deliver results
  • Experience handling objections
  • Action-oriented and proactive
  • Resilience and emotional intelligence
  • Curiosity to learn and develop a sales career
  • Commercial experience in SaaS companies
  • Experience working with Bitrix24 CRM
  • Knowledge of the fashion market
