About the role
- Conduct online presentations and demonstrations of our services for prospective clients
- Maintain and update the CRM with detailed information about interactions and sales progress
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with established targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales approaches and customer feedback
- Participate in regular trainings and meetings to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, by phone and in writing
- Strong schedule and time-management skills
- Organized and able to prioritize to handle a high volume of activities
- Knowledge of sales techniques such as SPIN Selling, Rapport, GPCT
- Analytical mindset
- Experience with CRM systems
- Ability to work toward targets and deliver results
- Experience handling objections
- Action-oriented and proactive
- Resilience and emotional intelligence
- Curiosity to learn and develop a sales career
- Commercial experience in SaaS companies
- Experience working with Bitrix24 CRM
- Knowledge of the fashion market
