About the role

  • You proactively reach out to prospective customers, introduce simpli immo, and immediately generate interest in the product.
  • You engage leads in conversation, identify their needs, and ensure qualified appointments are scheduled.
  • You take ownership of your leads, actively follow them up, and systematically build a stable sales pipeline.
  • You track and monitor your KPIs daily — e.g., call metrics, lead quality, conversion rates, appointment rate, etc.
  • You document all activities, maintain lead status, activities, and the pipeline cleanly in the CRM, and use data to make better decisions.
  • You will grow step by step into a full‑stack sales professional: from cold outreach to handling inbound leads through to confidently closing deals.
  • You conduct qualified advisory and sales conversations and guide customers from the initial needs assessment to the final deal.
