About the role
- Lead and motivate a team of Inside and Group Sales Representatives.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, pipeline reviews, and QBRs.
- Provide hands-on coaching to improve sales skills including prospecting, discovery, objection handling, and closing.
- Participate in recruiting and interviewing process; assist onboarding and training of new hires.
- Work with the Sr. Director of Sales to define, refine and implement sales processes. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and provide product/marketing feedback.
- Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly revenue targets; analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a sales management or team lead role.
- Proven track record of managing and leading a team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot highly preferred).
- Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft) and other sales enablement technologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in a company transitioning from PLG to a sales-led motion is a significant plus.
