About the role
- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle WebLogic Server environments.
- Administer and support Linux operating systems in on-premise and cloud environments (AWS and OCI).
- Manage application deployments and troubleshoot issues across multiple environments.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability, scalability, and security of applications.
- Support Java-based applications, including configuration and deployment.
- Collaborate with development, database, and security teams to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Assist with system patching, upgrades, automation, and compliance efforts.
- Document system configurations, deployment processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Requirements
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field is required to support this effort
- Three (3) years of relevant experience in system or application administration, including cloud exposure
- Solid background in Linux system administration (Red Hat or Oracle Linux preferred)
- Government issued clearance with polygraph required
