About the role
- Oversee full-stack application development using Java, .NET, and database technologies (PL/SQL, T-SQL)
- Review and guide solution architecture, technical design, and code for performance, scalability, and security
- Manage project delivery using Agile/Scrum, ensuring timely releases aligned with business goals
- Implement and maintain DevOps practices - CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment automation
- Lead design, deployment, and optimization of applications on AWS Cloud
- Utilize AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.) for building scalable, secure solutions
- Ensure application reliability, performance, and cost efficiency in cloud environments
- Collaborate closely with Stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other teams to define priorities and ensure delivery excellence
- Champion process automation, performance improvements, and modernization initiatives
- Contribute to enterprise architecture discussions and technology roadmaps
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience managing cross-functional software development teams
- Strong hands-on experience in Java, .NET Core, REST APIs, PL/SQL, and T-SQL
- Solid understanding of AWS cloud architecture and deployment models
- Experience implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Git) and issue tracking tools (Jira, Confluence)
- AWS certification or equivalent cloud experience
- Exposure to microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and performance optimization
