Requirements

  • Experience leading distributed teams and cross-functional collaboration
  • Deep expertise in technical architecture, software development methodologies, and cloud infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product development cycles, and engineering execution frameworks
  • Ability to align engineering initiatives with business objectives and revenue growth
  • Experience working with VC-backed startups or high-growth technology companies.
