About the role
- You organize timely product shelving/merchandising in your territory according to customer specifications
- Conduct quality checks and initiate corrective measures
- Recruit and hire new employees
- Onboard and train employees
- Communicate with employees, customers and colleagues
Requirements
- Completed vocational training

- Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for them
- Act as a role model and be a strong motivator
- Valid driving licence (Class B; formerly FS3)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
- Ideally, initial practical experience in field sales and in supervising employees
