About the role
- Configure and maintain the ServiceNow GRC/IRM platform
- Partner with Cybersecurity GRC Analysts to process audit controls, audit gaps, tickets, workflows, and to identify and implement automation opportunities
- Map policies to controls
- Lead efforts to automate repetitive processes in the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with IT Compliance Engineers, Control Owners and Attestation Owners
- Create and execute tests and attestations, and update control documentation when required
- Identify areas to improve audit gaps, productivity, and compliance
- Support IT operations teams to assess and fix security vulnerabilities
- Assist with internal and external compliance audits
- Create and maintain system design and operations documentation
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field of study
- typically 10 or more years of relevant experience
- Active Certified ServiceNow Admin (CSA) Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience architecting and developing within the ServiceNow GRC / IRM modules
- working knowledge of the NIST cybersecurity framework
- solid ITSM, ITIL and / or COBIT understanding
- experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SOAP, REST
