About the role
- Fullstack Development: Build robust applications using TypeScript, Nuxt3 and Vue.
- Lead Projects: Collaborate with product managers to conceptualize, architect, and implement projects in agile teams.
- Mentor and Guide: Help junior developers level up their skills through mentoring and collaborative projects.
- Drive Innovation: Propose and implement new technologies or methodologies to keep Sidestream at the cutting edge.
- Contribute to projects including digitalizing companies, developing open-source tools, and innovating with blockchain and AI.
- Work flexibly remote, from the Cologne office, or a mix of both.
Requirements
- Advanced experience in TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of frameworks like Nuxt and Vue (Nuxt3 specified).
- Full-stack development skills (comfortable with frontend and backend).
- Ability to independently complete projects and lead/mentor junior developers.
- Pride in writing high-quality, peer-reviewed, production-ready code.
- Pragmatic, efficiency-focused approach to engineering.
- Hands-on problem solver willing to do a coding challenge during the application process.
- Strong communicator in English (German is a bonus).
