About the role
- Conduct complex analyses and mappings, considering impacts across multiple SAP modules in collaboration with the PM.
- Drive discovery and co-creation with strategic stakeholders together with the PM.
- Propose systemic improvements and innovative solutions with autonomy.
- Act in the preventive and strategic mitigation of regulatory and tax risks.
- Influence the definition of product-related metrics, KPIs and OKRs.
- Participate in system evolution and digital transformation projects.
- Serve as a technical and consultative reference for business and IT areas.
- Support and mentor mid-level (PL) and junior (JR) analysts, promoting best practices.
- Work alongside the PM to decompose complex initiatives, defining criteria and standards to ensure clarity and quality.
- Promote advanced agile practices, ensuring strategic alignment and adherence to frameworks.
- Manage risks and dependencies, anticipating impacts and coordinating integration across areas.
- Turn data into strategic insights to support decision-making and the product's systemic evolution.
- Participate in initiative upstream activities together with the PM.
- Contribute at the start of the upstream process with business insights, helping PMs prioritize, schedule, or discard initiatives.
- Share opportunities for product improvement and evolution identified together with the PM.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, IT, or related fields.
- Strong experience with SAP ERP, including integrations between FI, CO and MM modules.
- Strong knowledge of controlling, finance, tax and accounting processes.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies, software engineering and advanced data analysis.
- Deep knowledge or hands-on experience with BTP, Datasphere, BPA and DRC.
- Critical thinking, systems thinking, negotiation skills and ability to influence.
