About the role

  • Conduct complex analyses and mappings, considering impacts across multiple SAP modules in collaboration with the PM.
  • Drive discovery and co-creation with strategic stakeholders together with the PM.
  • Propose systemic improvements and innovative solutions with autonomy.
  • Act in the preventive and strategic mitigation of regulatory and tax risks.
  • Influence the definition of product-related metrics, KPIs and OKRs.
  • Participate in system evolution and digital transformation projects.
  • Serve as a technical and consultative reference for business and IT areas.
  • Support and mentor mid-level (PL) and junior (JR) analysts, promoting best practices.
  • Work alongside the PM to decompose complex initiatives, defining criteria and standards to ensure clarity and quality.
  • Promote advanced agile practices, ensuring strategic alignment and adherence to frameworks.
  • Manage risks and dependencies, anticipating impacts and coordinating integration across areas.
  • Turn data into strategic insights to support decision-making and the product's systemic evolution.
  • Participate in initiative upstream activities together with the PM.
  • Contribute at the start of the upstream process with business insights, helping PMs prioritize, schedule, or discard initiatives.
  • Share opportunities for product improvement and evolution identified together with the PM.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, IT, or related fields.
  • Strong experience with SAP ERP, including integrations between FI, CO and MM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of controlling, finance, tax and accounting processes.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, software engineering and advanced data analysis.
  • Deep knowledge or hands-on experience with BTP, Datasphere, BPA and DRC.
  • Critical thinking, systems thinking, negotiation skills and ability to influence.
