About the role
- Support Sicredi Central South/Southeast’s Business Development team in structuring initiatives, negotiations, trainings and visits;
- Design workshops and other business events to present options for improving commercial performance;
- Assist in the conception and organization of the area’s in-person events;
- Manage expense tracking and allocation, and provide support to Cooperatives in the cost-sharing and resource allocation process;
- Create and compile materials and presentations for use in team meetings;
- Monitor the area’s agreed-upon indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields
- Experience in Business Development; experience in Financial Services is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft work tools, particularly Power BI and Planner
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, good interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team orientation
- Good written and verbal communication skills
