About the role
- shape enterprise-wide strategic direction while cultivating, negotiating, and managing high-value partnerships
- integrate strategic service line planning, market analysis, partnership development, and system-level execution to advance organizational growth
- collaborate extensively across service lines, hospital and medical group leadership, academic partners, and external stakeholders to align capabilities with market needs
- implement and optimize service line performance dashboards and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, ArcGIS, Excel modeling)
Requirements
- 7-10 years of healthcare strategic planning, operations planning, business development, or management consulting with a demonstrated track record of leading consequential strategic projects and delivering substantial measurable improvements
- Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Finance, Public Health, or related field
- 5 years of leadership experience in multi-site healthcare organizations or teams
- Doctoral Degree (PhD, EdD, or related)
