About the role
- Coordinate the end-to-end process of preparing and submitting grant proposals in accordance with sponsor and institutional guidelines.
- Support principal investigators (PIs) in drafting, assembling, and routing proposals; ensure all materials meet sponsor formatting and content requirements.
- Oversee final submission through sponsor portals such as Grants.gov, ASSIST, and Proposal Central.
- Budget Preparation.
- Support Sponsor Communication and Requests.
- Non-Financial Post-Award Reporting.
- System Oversight and Proposal Platforms.
- FOA Identification and Dissemination.
- Compliance and Policy Support.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
- 3+ years of experience in research administration, proposal development, or grants management (healthcare/academic environment preferred)
- Masters Degree (preferred)
- Certified Research Administrator (CRA) (preferred)
