About the role

  • Coordinate the end-to-end process of preparing and submitting grant proposals in accordance with sponsor and institutional guidelines.
  • Support principal investigators (PIs) in drafting, assembling, and routing proposals; ensure all materials meet sponsor formatting and content requirements.
  • Oversee final submission through sponsor portals such as Grants.gov, ASSIST, and Proposal Central.
  • Budget Preparation.
  • Support Sponsor Communication and Requests.
  • Non-Financial Post-Award Reporting.
  • System Oversight and Proposal Platforms.
  • FOA Identification and Dissemination.
  • Compliance and Policy Support.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
  • 3+ years of experience in research administration, proposal development, or grants management (healthcare/academic environment preferred)
  • Masters Degree (preferred)
  • Certified Research Administrator (CRA) (preferred)
