About the role
- Design elevated, on-brand creative for @shopmy’s social channels — spanning static posts, light motion graphics, and short-form video.
- Interpret content strategy into clear, scroll-stopping design systems that maintain aesthetic consistency and brand integrity.
- Participate in creative brainstorms and bring a designer’s lens to discussions about format, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Adapt existing brand assets and campaign concepts into fresh social executions.
- Evolve with the brand’s creative direction — bringing new ideas, formats, and visual approaches to the table.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or visual communication — ideally with experience designing for digital or social environments.
- Deep understanding of composition, color, and typography, with the ability to design for small-format, mobile-first experiences.
- Proficiency across key design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
- Comfortable working quickly and iteratively in a collaborative, feedback-rich environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization across multiple content streams.
- Curiosity about platform trends and an openness to learning social-native best practices.
